You can configure delivery prices for each business and fix delivery prices for exceptional regions.
To configure delivery cost configuration for business please, click on the “Settings” tab on the upper navigation panel, then click on the “Depot settings” on the left sidebar (screenshot 1).

On the “Depot settings” screen, click on the “Merchant delivery cost settings” icon
in the relevant business line (mark 3 in the screenshot 1).
On the merchant delivery cost screen, find “Delivery cost calculation mode” field. All presented information on the screen will be changed according to “Delivery cost calculation mode” selection.
*There are 3 values in the “Delivery cost calculation mode” field:
- Fixed region based
- Distance based
- Mixed mode
Fixed region based
For this mode the following information will be presented on the screen (screenshot 2):
Merchant delivery cost settings:
● Delivery cost calculation mode - fixed region based (mode selector)
● General delivery price
Exceptional Region Settings – fixed delivery cost settings per delivery region.

To put fixed price for the region, click on the “Add” field and choose relevant region for exception, then click on add button (screenshot 3).

In the new field “Fixed delivery price for (your region name)”, enter the fixed price and click on the “Save” button (screenshot 4).

For this mode, the delivery cost will be calculated in the following way:
- If the order belongs to delivery region from “Exceptional Region Settings” list, the delivery cost will be as cost appears for this region (in our sample the delivery cost for order that belongs to delivery region “Global” will be 23)
If the order belongs to delivery region that doesn’t appear in “Exceptional Regions Settings” list, the delivery cost will be as “General Delivery” price (in our sample 40)
Distance based
For this mode, the following info is presented on the screen:
Merchant delivery cost settings:
Delivery cost calculation mode - Distance based (mode selector)
Base rate (price for base rate distance)
Maximum delivery price (the maximum price per delivery that can be)
Distance in meters for base rate
Rate for extra KM (price for distance over the “Distance in meters for base rate”)
For this mode, the delivery cost is calculated based on distance between business and delivery address, by the following manner:
- “Base rate” charged for “base distance”
- For additional km (above the base distance) the delivery cost increases in “price per additional km”
- The cost will not be higher than “maximal delivery cost”
In our sample, the delivery cost will be 25 for first 2 km (2000 m). Per additional km, the cost will be increased in 1. The delivery cost will not exceed the 35
Mixed mode
For this mode, the following info is presented on the screen:
Merchant delivery cost settings:
● Delivery cost calculation mode - Distance based (mode selector)
● Base rate (price for base rate distance)
● Maximum delivery price (the maximum price per delivery that can be)
● Distance in meters for base rate
● Rate for extra KM (price for distance over the “Distance in meters for base rate”)
Exceptional Region Settings – fixed delivery cost settings per delivery region.
For this mode, the delivery cost will be calculated in the following way:
- If the order belongs to delivery region from “Exceptional Region Settings” list the cost will as price for this region (in our sample the delivery cost for order from “Global” will be 23)
- If the order belongs to a region that doesn’t appear in “Exceptional Region Settings” list, the delivery cost will be calculated based on the distance between business and delivery address, by manner that was explained above in “Distance based section”.
In our sample, the delivery cost will be 25 for first 2 km (2000 m). Per additional km, the cost will be increased in 1. The delivery cost will not exceed the 35
In other words, this mode is a mix of two previous modes.
