Orders get into the system manually or automatically through different interactions like POS, marketplace, bots, etc. This guide explains how to create orders manually via the admin portal.

 Quick order creation mode:

 

 On the left-side menu, press on the “+” sign:

 

 

In the opened window, there will be the following fields: 

  • VIP toggle (crown icon) -  sets the order’s priority as high. The algorithm takes this priority into account while creating the route for the courier

  • Depot -  business name from which the delivery will be created

  • City - customer city

  • Street - customer address

  • Phone number - phone number of the customer

  • Time - in case the order needs to be delivered at a scheduled time. The date and time that the order will be delivered. If the target time is not set, the system always assumes that the delivery is needed ASAP)

  • Payment - cash and credit card

  • Ready in - the time needed for the order to be prepared

  • Notes - notes for the business to read

  • Order ID - order number

  • Name - name of the customer

 

The only mandatory field to create an order is the Street field.

 

Fill in all the necessary details in the fields and click on Add Order.

 


Advanced order creation mode:


When the window is opened after clicking on the “+” sign, simply click on “Advanced”, and a more advanced view would appear:

 

There will be an advanced mode where more details can be entered if required. In the Advanced view mode, there will be the following fields:

 

  • VIP toggle (Crown icon) - gives the order  high priority. The algorithm takes this priority into account while creating the route for courier.

  • Depot - business name

  • Ready in - the time needed for the order to be prepared.

  • Notes - notes can be left for the order.

  • Phone - phone number of the customer.

  • Order ID - number of the order.

  • Name - name of the customer.

  • Time - the date and time on which the order will be delivered. If the target time is not set, the system always assumes that the delivery is needed ASAP.

  • Payment - cash and credit card.

  • Take Away - the order will be picked up by the customer and not by a courier.

  • City - customer city.

  • Street - customer address.

  • Place - type the name of the delivery’s destination  if this address is already saved in your named places settings (Police station, Fire station, Business center etc.).

 

 

While adding the address in the “Street” field, you can either write the name of the street or click on the street in the map.

 

Click on “Create” to finish the process.

 

Once the order was created, you will see it on the left sidebar of the Dashboard.
