Type of users
There are 4 different roles a user can have on our system:
Manager: this role will manage order creation, assign orders to the couriers, and will be able to verify the activity of the Control Center managers.
Control centers manager: if you are working with control centers, you will need a manager for each center you create, this role will allow the users to control all the deliveries in their region/s.
Courier: this role will allow the user to create an account on our courier app to receive the orders, pick up, and deliver them.
Supervisor: With this role, you will have control over all the users and be able to edit them.
How to create a user
To create a user, click on the Settings tab on the upper navigation panel, then click on Users on the left sidebar (screenshot 1).
On the Users screen, you will see already existing users. Click on the add button to create a new user (screenshot 2).
On the new screen, choose the role you want to assign to the new user, and fill in the following fields.
Name (The name of the employee)
Phone (The employee’s phone number)
Email (The employee’s email address)
Worker ID (The employee’s work ID in the company)
Hourly rate (The employee’s compensation per hour/order)
Contract start date (User registration day)
*Name, phone number, and role are mandatory fields.
*The phone number should be unique for each user.
How to invite a user
When creating the courier role you will need to invite this user to the courier application, here’s how to do it:
On the settings screen select Users, and next to the name of the courier select the Courier invitation icon:
After clicking on Courier Invitation, you will see a new window:
From here you will have 3 options to register the courier:
Ask him/her to scan the QR code using the DelivApp courier’s application.
Click on share via WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber and a window with the link and registration code will pop up.
You can send the link to the courier via WhatsApp, by clicking on the Continue to chat button so that he or she would click on it and enter from his/her smartphone.
Ask the courier to enter the code in the DelivApp courier’s application.
How to edit a user
You can edit user data if changes need to be done.
In order to edit users’ information, click on the Settings tab on the upper navigation panel, then click on the Users tab on the left sidebar (screenshot 1).

At the Users screen, you will see already existing users. Click on the edit buttonin order to edit the user (screenshot 2).

Once all the data was changed, click on the Save button.
How to delete a user
in case a user is no longer relevant to your account, you can remove this user from the system.
Click on the Settings tab on the upper navigation panel and then click on the Users tab from the left sidebar (screenshot 1).

Find the user in the list of users you want to delete and click on the remove icon(screenshot 2).

Click on the Sure button and the user will be deleted from the system (screenshot 3).

*Please note that this action cannot be undone.
How to start a shift
When you open a courier’s shift, there are a number of important statistics you have access to. When the shift starts or finishes, the number of completed orders, the distance covered by the courier, and cash collected. All of this information is saved in the shift.
To start a courier shift, go to the Dashboard tab and click on the Plus button on the right sidebar (screenshot 1).

Then click on the Start Shift button, on the relevant courier on the newly opened screen (screenshot 2).

Select a Control Center, if you work with them (screenshot 3).

The courier to whom you opened the shift will appear on the waiting list (screenshot 4).

To close the shift, click on the arrow next to the courier's name and then click on the end shift button. When clicking on this arrow you will also find the buttons Away (to pause the courier’s shift for an undefined time) and Associate (To assign the courier to an existing order) screenshot 5.
